Antonio Miret

Maria Jose Gual

Antonio Miret was born in Barcelona, Spain. His work is on permanent exhibit in France and in Spain. For 20 years he and Pepita have owned their own gallery in Ceret, France. Most of Antonio's paintings have been done in various locations throughout France (particularly the Northern section), London and Barcelona. In 1994, he was featured at an exhibit in Breda and Amsterdam, Holland.

Antonio is a member of l'Agrupacio de Aquarellistes (Group of Watercolorists) and Cercle Artistic de Sant Lluc de Barcelona (Artists' Circle of Saint Lluc of Barcelona). These hundred-year-old institutions are famous throughout the world. Their members have included artists like Casas, Dali, Miro and many others. In 1983, one of Antonio's watercolor paintings was recognized with a first prize and medal as the best watercolor presented at the Cercle Artistic de Sant Lluc.

Maria Jose (Pepita) Gual was born in Barcelona, Spain. Her work is on permanent exhibit in France and in Spain. Her watercolor and oil paintings are found in private collections all over France, Mexico and Spain, primarily in Barcelona. In her store in Barcelona, she displays and sells paintings done in Paris, London and Normandy (France).
